Return & Refund Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under these conditions:
- Contact: Email us at customercare@homeraeg.com with your Order ID in the subject line within 10 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Condition: Items must be untouched, unused, with original tags, and in the original undamaged packaging.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping fees will be the customerβs responsibility.
- Inspection: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method:
- If the order was paid by Visa or Mastercard, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- If paid via Cash on Delivery, we will send the courier to collect the item and deliver the refund in cash.
