Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange option if you wish to change the color of the product under the following conditions:
- Request Period: You can request an exchange within 14 days after receiving your order.
- Contact: Email customercare@homeraeg.com with your Order ID in the subject line within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The product must be untouched, unused, with original tags, and in the original undamaged packaging.
- Shipping Fees: For exchanges, Homera Egypt will cover the shipping fees for the replacement.
- Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested product color.
- Manufacturing Defects: If your item is delivered with any manufacturing defect or deficit, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately upon noticing any defect, providing clear photos for our team to assist you promptly.
